On behalf of the National Moral Promotion Committee, Mr. Phusit Somchit, Governor of Phitsanulok Province Chairman of the Moral Promotion Sub-Committee, Phitsanulok Province gave certificate to Office of Arts and Culture, Pibulsongkram Rajabhat University. Office of Arts and Culture assessed as “Prototype Moral Level” organization for the year 2022 under the implementation of the project to promote communities, organizations, districts and moral provinces under the 1^st National Moral Promotion Master Plan (2016-2022).
