          Office of Arts and Culture, Pibulsongkram Rajabhat University organized an event of the “Candle Offering Event 2023”. This activity is to promote and support religious activities and important local traditions including, creating participation in the dissemination of religious activities and local traditions between departments within the university and the community. On this occasion, Asst.Prof. Dr. Thanasarn Phengphum, Vice President for Student Affairs led lecturers, staff, students of the Demonstration School and PSRU students participated in activities at Wat Ratchaburana, Muang Phitsanulok District Phitsanulok Province.
