Office of Arts and Culture invite you to see the remarkable appearance of “Event in honor of His Majesty King Borommatrailokkanat”, Chan Royal Palace in the area of Wat Phra Si Sukhot, Phitsanulok Province.

11-13 August 2023 witnessed the astonishing show presenting the Legend of His Majesty King Borommatrailokanat Together.

  • King who created feudalism in the Ayutthaya Kingdom
  • Create a form of government “Wiang, Wang, Klang, and Na”
  • Waging a war to suppress the rebellion and build a foundation for government to make Phitsanulok prosperous.
  • His Majesty attaches importance to Buddhism; His Highness has restored temples such as Wat Phra Si Mahathat, which is enshrined “Buddha Chinnarat” which is one of the most important Buddha images in Phitsanulok.
  • His Majesty had the construction of a pagoda at Wat Chulamani, which was the residence during his ordination
