General Daopong Rattanasuwan, Privy Councilor, visited and followed up on the operations of Pibulsongkhram Rajabhat University, Phitsanulok Province 2023, under the Rajabhat University strategy for local development. On this occasion, the Privy Councilor traveled to Wat Lat Bua Khao and Ban Lat Bua Khao Community Hall, Samo Khae Sub-district, Mueang District, Phitsanulok Province to visit the “Integrated Community Development for Sustainable Development” project according to the Cho Saat community development guidelines.
