Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Siam Boromarajakumari, went out at Sra Pathum Palace to grant an audience to various groups of people.  On this occasion, Asst. Prof. Dr. Chumpol Semakhan, President of Pibulsongkram Rajabhat University was given the permission to meet with Her Royal Highness to offer souvenirs of Phitsanulok.
