          Professor Dr. Anek Laothammathat, Minister of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (Educational Science, Research and Innovation) gave a keynote address on “Thai-Chinese relations with science-driven Country Research and Innovation” at the opening ceremony of the 3rd Think Tank Forum under the theme “Ten Years of the Belt and Road: China Thailand Partnership for Sustainable Development”. The meeting was presided over by Professor Gao Xiang, President of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS), and the meeting was attended by Prof. Dr. Sirirerk Songsivilai, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Science and Technology, and Dr. Wiparat Di-ong, who attended the meeting. Prof. Dr. Chumpol Semakhan, President of Pibulsongkram Rajabhat University; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kosit Sripoothorn, President of the Rajamangala University of Technology Isan; Pol. Lt. Gen. Pornchai Suteerakhun, director of the National Institute of Metrology and a group of expert researchers from Thailand participated in this event at Beijing, China.
