Prof. Dr. Niwat Pattana, Vice President for Planning and Development, Pibulsongkram Rajabhat University on behalf of “The Front Operations Unit of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation in supporting the development of the Sukhothai” has been selected as one of 20 provinces from all over the country to receive a certificate of honor for provincial development-driven agencies from the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation at IMPACT Convention Center, Muang Thong Thani Nonthaburi Province.
