            Pibulsongkram Rajabhat University by a group of researchers under the framework of cultural capital management in collaboration with Sawankhalok Municipality, Sukhothai Province organized an exhibition of “The Path of the Heart – Train of Happiness” with the cooperation of the State Railway of Thailand at Sawankhalok Railway Station.

               Mr. Somchat Limpaphan, Mayor of Sawankhalok, presided over and led the committee to take the train from Ban Dara – Sawankhalok, which is a route from Ban Dara Junction Station to Sawankhalok, a distance of 29 kilometers by local train number 405, in order to reminisce the 114th anniversary of Sawankhalok Railway Station and opened the photo exhibition activity of this event.

               This activity aims to promote local consciousness under the research project “Reviving Cultural Capital of Sawankhalok, Charming Eco Arts, Poets and Culture of the Yom River Basin, Sawankhalok District, Sukhothai Province”.

               The amazing highlight of the fair is the old photographic exhibition “Path of the Heart–Train of Happiness”, including voting for the mascot, the auspicious symbol of the city of Sawankhalok, and a lion show by Thailand’s gold medalist “Wu Shu athletes”. Including a display of Strom lanterns and more than 200 rare antique lanterns, a simulation of the train market (Railway Market), and selling community products to stimulate the economy and promote tourism in Sawankhalok, Sukhothai Province as well.
